Refund policy

Returns on electronic products are not accepted after 72 hours, and only if Bookfunnel indicates the files have not been downloaded.

Returns are not accepted for physical books. Exchanges are made for damaged books only. 
Contact me at mariejohnstonwriter@outlook.com within 72 hours and send photos of item or items so I can replace.
